Terms and Conditions
Booking & Payment
Course Booking: All courses must be booked and fully paid for in advance to secure your spot.
Confirmation: Courses will be conducted at the time and location specified in the confirmation letter or WhatsApp group for advanced gundog groups.
Refunds & Transfers
Non-Refundable Courses: Courses are non-refundable and non-transferable, except under special circumstances at the discretion of Train dogs together.
Alternative Arrangements: If it is deemed inappropriate for your dog to attend a course, an alternative will be offered, or a refund will be provided.
Cancellations
Business Cancellations: If the business cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, a replacement class or refund will be arranged.
One-to-One Lessons
Non-Refundable Lessons: One-to-one lessons are non-refundable.
Rearrangements: Lessons can be rearranged up to twice, provided at least 48 hours notice is given.
Missed Lessons: If less than 48 hours notice is given, or if you fail to show up or postpone more than twice, no refund or replacement lesson will be offered.
